Dear Lord,
I confess that I am a sinner and that I deserve to go to hell. I believe that Jesus Christ died for my sins, was buried, and rose the third day. I repent of my sins and ask for forgiveness for all of my sins. I now take Jesus as my Savior. Thank you for saving me. Amen
